Anyone is more able to capture a poor image and transform it into a good image.
Anyone is more able to "save" an image or make a usable image from a poor or useless one.
Anyone can take a picture of anything ( the ground, any wall, the sky, any person, object,etc) and edit it and/or combine it with other images,etc.
Recently saw a photo of a woman. It was an outdoor shot and she was wearing a wide brimmed black hat. The hat had a pattern of weaved straw. However, when the photographer released the shutter, into the frame walks another person. It was a on shot photo as the subject moved on. His description of the original was she obscured the side of the ladies face and 1/3 of the straw hat, never mind the background. Through PP he was able to reconstruct the photo, including the face and hat. Some really great cloning. I think he took a second shot to capture the background. It really was an amazing image. You would never have been able to tell unless he told the story.
