Should I hire a writer for wedding vows?

So I saw an ad online for a writer offering to write wedding vows. Do you think this is a good idea? It seems to me that having someone else write your romantic thoughts for you could turn out like a million movies that have already been made. You whip out all this romantic prose and then she expects that from you and it turns out you're just regular ol' Joe. My answer would be No and here's why. You asked the question, what happens if you get caught? that means you are going to try to pretend you wrote this all on your own. I would assume your fiance knows you pretty well, well enough to know you would never write anything like that, no?

I think it's better to write some ideas down and then maybe have a close friend help you with it, if you really need that much help. But your fiance is marrying you, they want to hear your words, not someone else's, as romantic as it might seem. Why not be yourself? If you're not creative with your words, then why not use standard vows? Is it that important to have special vows if they aren't your own?

Actually why not just google "wedding vows" and just read over a bunch of vows people wrote, don't copy but just read stuff. Sleep on it for a while, then sit down to jot down some notes one day.
